Acceptable Use Policy

A short list of what a website hosted here must not be used for.

You must not

• Publish anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to publish.
• Claim qualifications, enrolment or standing that are not genuinely yours.
• Publish content that breaches the Bar Council of India Rules on advertising and solicitation, including comparative or promotional claims, testimonials, ratings, or promises about the outcome of a case.
• Publish material that is defamatory, obscene, or that identifies a client without their consent.
• Use the site to send unsolicited bulk email, or to host malware, phishing pages or content unrelated to your legal practice.
• Attempt to reach another account's data, probe the platform's security, or place unreasonable load on it.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

What we do about breaches

Where we can, we will tell you what is wrong and give you a chance to fix it. Where content is clearly unlawful or puts other customers at risk, we may remove it or suspend the account immediately. Serious or repeated breaches end the agreement without a refund.
