Service Delivery Policy

Nothing is physically shipped. This is a digital service, delivered online.

1. What is delivered

A working website with its own administrator panel, hosted by us, together with the five designs and the features described on the pricing page.

2. When it is delivered

Immediately. Your website and admin panel are created the moment you finish signing up, before any payment is taken, and you can start editing straight away.

3. Connecting your domain

Publishing on a domain you own needs one change at your registrar: pointing its nameservers at us. We show you exactly which nameservers to set and give you a button to check whether the change has taken effect. Nameserver changes are made by your registrar and typically take between a few minutes and 24 hours to spread across the internet — that part is outside our control. The secure certificate is issued automatically once the domain reaches us.

4. If something is not delivered

If your website cannot be provided because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will fix it or refund the period affected, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
